The Coming Home Framework
How we guide you back to yourself
Over 10 sessions together we move through three key arcs:
Phase 1 – Remembering (Sessions 1–3)
Goal: See where and how you’ve left yourself.
We explore your story, your roles, and the moments you started disconnecting from your true needs and emotions.
We bring gentle awareness to the patterns of self‑abandonment – people‑pleasing, over‑functioning, numbing, perfectionism – so they stop feeling like “just who you are” and start looking like choices you can shift.
Phase 2 – Reconnection (Sessions 4–6)
Goal: Rebuild safety and belonging within yourself.
Through somatic work, inner child connection, and nervous system regulation, you learn how to be with your feelings without being overwhelmed by them.
We work with younger parts of you that still feel unseen, too much, or not enough, and begin giving them the care they never had.
You’ll start to feel more at home in your body, more present, and less driven by old survival strategies.
Phase 3 – Living From Self‑Trust (Sessions 7–10)
Goal: Start organising your life around who you really are.
We clarify your values, desires, and non‑negotiables – in life, love, and work.
We practise boundaries, self‑expression, and decision‑making from your inner compass, not from fear or obligation.
By the end, you’ll have a felt sense of “this is me” and the tools to keep choosing yourself, even in uncomfortable moments.
What’s included in your 3‑month Coming Home container:
– 10 x Private 1:1 Sessions (50 minutes each)
Deep, spacious sessions for somatic exploration, parts work, and honest conversation. We meet whatever arises with curiosity and care.
– Personalised Somatic & Self‑Connection Practices
Simple practices to help you come back into your body, feel your feelings, and access your inner guidance in daily life.
– WhatsApp Support (Mon–Thurs)
For those moments between sessions when you’re in a wobble, a decision, or a breakthrough and don’t want to process it alone.
– Integration Notes
Reflections and focus points after sessions so you know what you’re integrating and how to honour yourself in real‑time situations.
– A Held, Sacred Container
A grounded, non‑performative space where you don’t have to be the strong one, the together one, or the caretaker. Just you, as you are.
By the end of our 3 months together, you will:
– Know yourself more deeply – your needs, values, limits, and desires.
– Feel more anchored in your own energy, instead of constantly merging with or managing others.
– Make decisions from self‑trust, not from panic, guilt, or people‑pleasing.
– Experience a quiet inner belonging that doesn’t depend on who approves of you.
